Raven Ishak is an author and award-winning writer and editor living in New York City, where she currently works at BuzzFeed as the Senior Lifestyle Editor. Raven was previously the Senior Lifestyle Editor at HelloGiggles, where she co-led an editorial package that highlighted women and non-binary individuals changing the video game industry. The Game Plan won a 2021 Eddie Award for the “Consumer Overall” category.
Raven also helped launch Chillhouse’s editorial website, The Chill Times, as the editorial director and has written for multiple online publications, including Domino, Bustle, InStyle, The Everygirl, Wit+Delight, SheKnows, Well+Good, and more. She has also produced original branded content for Amazon Fashion, Postmates, Dyson, and CB2, as well as assisted on and produced dozens of lifestyle-centric video and photo shoots across her career.
