Raven Ishak is an award-winning writer and editor living in New York City, where she currently works at BuzzFeed as the Senior Lifestyle Editor. Raven was previously the Senior Lifestyle Editor at HelloGiggles, where she co-led an editorial package alongside Creative Director Jenna Brillhart that highlighted women and non-binary individuals changing the video game industry. The Game Plan won a 2021 Eddie Award for the “Consumer Overall” category.
Raven also helped launch Chillhouse’s editorial website, The Chill Times, as the editorial director and has written for multiple web publications such as Domino, Bustle, InStyle, The Everygirl, Wit+Delight, SheKnows, and Well+Good. She also has produced original branded content for Amazon Fashion, Postmates, and CB2 as well as assisted on and produced over a dozen lifestyle-centric video and photo shoots across her career.
