The editorial packages below are from my time at HelloGiggles. While the site no longer exists, please find descriptions of each package below:

The Game Plan
Won an 2021 Eddie Award for the “Consumer, Overall” category.
Co-led with Creative Director Jenna Brillhart, this editorial package was ideated by both of us to highlight women and non-binary individuals who’ve made changes in the male-driven video game industry.
We both oversaw the entire package, from inception to completion. Jenna managed the design team while I oversaw the editorial team.

A Time to Heal
I ideated this package to help our audience transition to "regular life" after COVID by learning how to manage their grief and trauma through mental health practices. The package involved talking to experts and providing mental health resources.
I worked closely with Art Director Jenna Brillhart to conjure the overall visual feel of the package, as well as created original content, curated old stories, edited in-house and freelance writers, and oversaw the entire workflow from inception to production.

Home for the Holidays
Ideated by HG’s Editorial Director Hayley Mason I was asked to lead this editorial package for HelloGiggles’ 2021 holiday calendar year to showcase how to safely celebrate the holidays during COVID.
While the HG team brainstormed ideas for the package, I managed and edited the freelance and in-house writers, oversaw the workflow of the entire team involved, and worked closely with the design and photo team to ideate and approve visuals.

Going Green Without Going Mad
I was asked to spearhead this editorial package to highlight sustainable practices and the women who were making a difference in the eco-friendly space.
I oversaw the entire package by editing in-house and freelance writers, working closely with the design team to approve visuals, managing workflow, and interviewing eco-experts for stories.

Generation Next
Co-led with HG’s Editorial Assistant, Morgan Noll, we ideated stories and partnered with the design and photo team to create imagery and approve visuals/graphics for a package that celebrated how Generation Z is changing the future for the better.
During this time, I was also training Morgan on how to spearhead editorial packages for HelloGiggles, from managing the workflow of entire packages to editing individual stories.

State of Female Pleasure
Idea created by Editorial Director Hayley Mason to celebrate women's pleasure, she asked me to ideate 12 stories for the month-long package. I worked closely with the design team to ideate the overall feel and visual of the package and oversaw the workflow, writers, and execution of the stories from start to finish.
